The Team Behind the Machine
Our team brings together experienced engineers, qualified technicians, and field specialists. Each person is selected for deep industrial experience and the ability to understand a machine through its drawings, components, and real production constraints.
Five disciplines. One production reality.
We begin with an initial survey, then model and analyze the equipment before fabrication. Using Autodesk Inventor, we design the complete machine and analyze mechanical stress and pressure to check each component. We continue working with the client until the design is right, before production begins.
Our machining and sheet-metal expertise dates back to 2008. We use precision equipment for bending, shearing, rolling, and punching, and waterjet cutting for thicker sheets. Depending on the project, machines are assembled in our workshop or on site. One example is the Armasteel welding machine, whose components were cut by CNC and folded in house.
We program Siemens PLCs, design HMIs, and integrate systems into complex industrial networks. Our experience with C#, C++, Python, G-code, and Ladder lets us choose a control logic suited to each project instead of imposing the same architecture on every machine.
Every repair begins with a diagnosis. Work on robots, CNC machines, and welding equipment is recorded in detailed daily reports, from the first symptom through the final inspection. We follow manufacturers' technical documentation and industry practices to support transparency, traceability, and long-term reliability.
Our work includes retrofitted and refurbished machines as well as new builds. We work closely with Siemens electronics. Our in-house control unit, made in Morocco, lets us tailor machine controls to each client's needs. This goes beyond an upgrade: we return equipment to service and prepare it for continued operation.
